&lt;li&gt;Design &amp;amp; implement optimal algorithms in the cloud by leveraging features offered by existing and new&amp;nbsp;WiFi standards like WiFi 7, culminating in an optimal WiFi network performance.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Determine appropriate WiFi metrics originating from both WiFi clients and WiFi Access Points to&amp;nbsp;accurately assess &amp;amp;amp; improve Quality of Experience&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Determine parameters that can be controlled on WiFi clients and in the WiFi infrastructure Access Points,&amp;nbsp;that can improve performance of WiFi links in complicated environments&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Analyze collected stats, and on the basis of observations, define an architecture and algorithms for&amp;nbsp;managing WiFi connections&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Implement the architecture into real time and offline algorithms, including machine learning and formal&amp;nbsp;optimization&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Define monitoring methods to show the quality of WiFi networks and its constituents links&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Define statistics and dashboards allowing service providers to understand the status and quality of&amp;nbsp;connections across their entire network&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Who you are:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;At least ten years of experience in building IEEE 802.11 WLAN products esp. WiFi 4, WiFi 5, WiFi 6/6E.&lt;br&gt;Knowledge of WiFi 7 features and improvements over WiFi 6/6E.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience working on Access Point products at WiFi chipset / SoC firmware, WLAN driver level will be&amp;nbsp;preferred.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Applied WiFi technology experience is a must. Ability to translate and relate WiFi technology aspects&amp;nbsp;like MU-MIMO, Preamble puncturing etc. to user experiences will be required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Working knowledge with WiFi Mesh systems will be preferred.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Extensive experience in measurement procedures and deep knowledge of Wireless LAN performance&amp;nbsp;parameters&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience working on WLAN Management layer protocols to monitor, control and maintain wireless networks at optimal performance and user experience, like but not limited to Roaming and Steering.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Deep knowledge of WiFi MAC and Phy layer parameters that impact overall WLAN experience.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in data analysis is a must. Experience in machine learning is desirable&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong programming skills in SQL and Python required&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;BS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, or Data Science. M.S/PhD in the above faculties will be preferred.&lt;/li&gt;
