How are you working during the COVID-19 pandemic?

We are sensitive to the changes that have taken place during the past year, especially as they relate to parents who now have become full-time caretakers with school moving online. We offer full remote work, with flexible hours that suit your needs.

What should I wear to an in-person interview, if there is one? Do you have a dress code?

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. We’re more of a jeans and shirt with buttons situation, not a suit and tie. Just be yourself! We’re looking for your brains, not your style.

How long should I wait to reach out to see if I will be granted an interview?

Sometimes there is a delay in our communication due to our demanding schedules. If we received your application, please be patient with us. We will do our best to respond to you about whether or not you’ll move to the next step in our interview process.

Can I re-submit an application for a position that I didn’t receive an offer for previously?

Of course! Perhaps that just wasn’t your time. We are open to applicants re-applying to Plume for new positions if they meet the required qualifications. And because we know that with time comes the growth of new skills, We are open to applicants re-applying for the same position after 12 months.
